During my tenure as an Urban Planner and Graphic Designer at Panam Parseh Consulting Engineers Company, I was involved in an urban design study and feasibility analysis for the construction of a residential tower in the Kohyar area of Elahieh Neighborhood, Region 1 of Tehran Municipality.

One of my primary responsibilities was to conduct feasibility studies and determine the net buildable area for the proposed residential tower. This involved assessing various factors such as land availability, zoning regulations, site constraints, and environmental considerations. By performing these analyses, I ensured that the proposed project aligned with the environmental, urban, and site planning requirements.
