Planning and Designing of M221 and M222 Zones | Professional Project

During my tenure as an Urban Planner and Graphic Designer at Panam Parseh Consulting Engineers Company, I actively participated in the planning and designing of M221 and M222 zones as part of the new detailed plan rules of Tehran City. This project encompassed an area of approximately 46 hectares and involved various tasks and responsibilities.
One of my key contributions was utilizing ArcGIS 10.2 software to map and optimize land use within the designated zones. By employing optimization models, I helped create efficient land use plans that aligned with the project's objectives and regulations.
