Real-Time Interactive Urban Design and Simulation in Unreal Engine Using Blueprints
In this project, I primarily used Unreal Engine combined with Blueprints to create a real-time interactive urban design and simulation experience. Blueprints enabled me to implement dynamic user interactions such as navigation, modification of urban elements, and real-time visualization without writing traditional code, resulting in an engaging and intuitive platform for urban planning.
Additionally, 3ds Max was used for detailed modeling of specific assets and architectural elements, while CityEngine contributed to generating procedural road networks and urban layouts, providing a solid and realistic foundation for the city environment within Unreal Engine.
In this simulation, users have the flexibility to switch between first-person, third-person, and vehicle perspectives, enhancing immersion and control. Moreover, they can manipulate environmental factors such as weather conditions, allowing for a comprehensive and dynamic urban experience.
